Brief – to create a signature bar for the new restaurant at their family owned, boutique winery Beau Constantia. Inspiration was drawn from the landscape of the dramatically undulating vineyards of high Constantia, visually accentuated by the cultivated vines, and overlooked by the winery nestled into the mountainside.
